To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 搵到一間喺中環老蘭食靚Brunch嘅餐廳,呢間Kyoto Joe主打日式精緻料理,先唔講呢個Weekend Brunch放題係由12:00食到3:00可以食足3個鐘,價錢$588/p.p,而且仲要係春季限定嘅春鯛同埋和牛主題☺️先講刺身同壽司,雖然呢part冇得無限refill,但俾你嘅用料絕對係上乘!而且4人或以上booking仲會送一碟薄切😳櫻鯛、北海道帶子、牡丹蝦、吞拿魚腩及廚師推介刺身及壽司,櫻鯛其實係真鯛嘅一種,於樱花盛開之時最為當造肥美,外表帶點櫻花色,更不用說更肥美嘅大拖羅🤤至於無限encore嘅菜式強烈推薦佢地嘅磯煮鮑魚、炙燒A4宮崎和牛、天使香辣三文魚他他、天使蝦天婦羅、A4宫崎和牛串、鰻魚串以及免治雞肉棒,都係呢度平時作為居酒屋嘅招牌菜,整體款式唔算多,但勝在每樣都夠精緻,慢功出細貨,會覺得物有所值☺️每人仲包咗一款主食,可以揀A4宫崎和牛西冷陶板燒 / 櫻鯛魚紙火鍋 / 銀鱈魚西京燒 / +$100 龍蝦湯拉麵,用龍蝦湯做湯底味度十分濃厚,龍蝦啖啖肉🦞,惟獨拉麵較普通。整體黎講假日食返個如此質素嘅weekend brunch都幾滿足☺️👍🏻
