To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

春回大地萬物更新!我們經歷寒冬的嘴巴是時候要養生一番,帝京酒店帝京軒剛推出了養生「春曉宴」,以春季當造食材來炮製出養生盛宴,這夜就跟一眾好友齊齊去品嚐這春滋味。七道菜的春曉宴打頭陣有滋潤.三弄!內藏了豌豆伴春筍、海參龍爪菌及葱蒜蘿蔔餅三款美饌。豌豆伴春筍以濃郁的腐乳醬來炮製,吃下口感爽脆之餘惹味不已很開胃的前菜。海參龍爪菌選用了北海道海參來烹調,以傳統的紅燒方式來炮製海參入口軟腍入味,而墊底的京蔥也非池中物超好吃。龍爪菌又名老鼠爪賣相極似珊瑚!裹上薄薄炸漿脆度吸引而且味道鮮味。最後這件是葱蒜蘿蔔餅!蘿蔔絲加上蝦米炸成的香脆小點,令我想起小時候經常吃到的蘿蔔糍很有回憶的味道。第二道菜是鮮淮山銀鈎炒澳洲鮑片!這道菜炒得非常香口內裏有我喜歡的爽口鮮淮山,以鹹鮮蝦乾及清甜蒜心襯托澳洲翡翠鮑魚片,成件事就是高級版的小炒王超級惹味絕對是啤酒的良伴。繼續有賣相吸引的白松露汁香焗虎蝦皇,超健碩的越南大虎蝦口感爽彈,用了白松露來調味香氣滿盈吃罷齒頰留香叫人回味。美味海鮮絕對不能停下來!緊接著上檯的是橄欖油胡椒無骨馬友魚,馬友魚扒裹上薄脆漿以橄欖油炸至金黃,吃下口感香脆不油膩魚肉紮實味鮮,沾上秘製黃豆醬一

吃了濃郁菜式後回來春曉宴的懷抱!第五道菜是非常清新的貴州竹笙繡球菌菠菜苗,菌香濃郁肉質脆嫩的繡球菌口感一流,以清甜湯頭來烹煮非常匹配,加上翠嫩的菠菜苗及爽口竹笙感覺非常清爽。

單尾來一碗舒心的薏仁小米泥鯭粥!近來濕氣超重大家應該也非常水腫,這碗內有去濕消腫的薏米及除熱的小米來得正合時宜,加上鮮甜的泥鯭肉這碗粥鮮味得可以。
