先睇過這餐廳有好多好評,見到食物相片都幾吸引,今日既然要搵間餐廳慶祝週年紀念,老公就搵左這間西廚學院餐廳。入到去先是報名處,再轉入去才是餐廳,地方唔算大,但感覺幾好!坐底職員先同我哋介紹menu ,說如果唔大食,2人餐$298(包餐湯,餐包,主菜及配菜/意粉)夠三人份,或者我哋比效大食,最後我地三個人就叫左一set 2人餐加一個main course 再加了2份甜品!先黎餐包和餐湯,餐包焗到脆脆,但仍然覺得新鮮,軟熟,餐湯是「蒜頭薯仔湯」,幾特別,但飲落有淡淡蒜頭味,口感有錦錦嘅薯仔🥔主菜:原條檸檬牛油魚和烤雞配意大利粉牛油魚肉質比較實身,唔算滑,我覺得佢個汁似是檸檬牛油汁,好淡好淡。烤雞比想像中細隻,烤得唔夠乾身,皮唔夠脆,味道一樣淡,連個香草汁都一樣淡。相反香蒜意粉就好香蒜味,麵質剛剛好,唔太硬亦唔會太林,但食落都一樣淡!甜品是「紅酒會啤梨」,有淡淡酒香嘅啤梨配上底下一層好似乳酪嘅白汁,好味。食後評語:1. 唔知點解份量會咁細,其實一個大人食一個main course 就差唔多,2人餐得一個main course ,兩個人跟本唔夠食。2. 我睇人地post 嘅相全部賣相,擺碟都好靚

主菜:原條檸檬牛油魚和烤雞配意大利粉
牛油魚肉質比較實身,唔算滑,我覺得佢個汁似是檸檬牛油汁,好淡好淡。
烤雞比想像中細隻,烤得唔夠乾身,皮唔夠脆,味道一樣淡,連個香草汁都一樣淡。

相反香蒜意粉就好香蒜味,麵質剛剛好,唔太硬亦唔會太林,但食落都一樣淡!

甜品是「紅酒會啤梨」,有淡淡酒香嘅啤梨配上底下一層好似乳酪嘅白汁,好味。

食後評語:1. 唔知點解份量會咁細,其實一個大人食一個main course 就差唔多,2人餐得一個main course ,兩個人跟本唔夠食。
2. 我睇人地post 嘅相全部賣相,擺碟都好靚,但點解晚餐就只係用銀色碟就上枱,隻雞連一些配菜拌碟都沒有

3. 全部主菜都好淡,近乎無味

是否午餐同晚餐會有分別?
真心失望嘅週年紀念飯
