To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 跑馬地大排檔銖記有好多招牌菜風沙雞,清湯腩,蟶子皇,翅等等另一心頭好就係冬天先有既羊腩煲。雖然瓦煲睇落唔太大,但係入面實得得,好足料。羊腩炆到好淋,支竹吸哂煲入面既汁,唯一係馬蹄唔夠多,多少少就再好d.食到尾先有空位放生菜。追加多少少生菜,其實連菜都可以叫少碟,留quota食其他野。腐乳唔夠可以再加。好好食。今個冬天就算唔夠凍都要黎食多幾次。

另一心頭好就係冬天先有既羊腩煲。

雖然瓦煲睇落唔太大,但係入面實得得,好足料。羊腩炆到好淋,支竹吸哂煲入面既汁,唯一係馬蹄唔夠多,多少少就再好d.

食到尾先有空位放生菜。追加多少少生菜,其實連菜都可以叫少碟,留quota食其他野。

好好食。
