帝港酒店集團由今年10月1日至12月8日期間,推出這個「金秋.蟹悅宴」套餐,內容包前菜、小菜、蟹砵、大閘蟹、蔬菜、糯米飯及兩款甜品!每位只需HK$798(兩位起),水準出色又超值。除了套餐外,同時也推出一系列「秋月蟹饌」散點,讓食客可因應需要而增加菜式;而我們也從中選了其中三樣,包括:帝皇蟹肉蛋黃蒸肉餅、藤椒蟹粉花膠炒粉絲 及 蟹油鹽水鴨松葉蟹棗。蟹油鹽水鴨松葉蟹棗~餡料以蟹肉為主,再以腐皮包裹著後炸,外皮炸得金黃酥脆,表面鋪滿甘香的蟹油鹽水鴨肉絲,食落香脆可口。藤椒蟹粉花膠炒粉絲(辣)~粉絲表面鋪滿香噴噴金黃色的蟹粉及花膠,影完相後,好友便急不及代的用筷子夾起,再把它們撈勻攪拌;食落味道甘香帶陣陣藤椒辣度,惹味又吸引;對一向唔食得辣的我,也什是喜歡。帝皇蟹肉蛋黃蒸肉餅~肉餅香滑還保留肉汁,配上鮮嫩的帝皇蟹肉及惹味的鹹蛋,更有提鮮的作用;應是配飯能手,可惜套餐內已包糯米飯,最後還是淨食算了。吃完三味散點外,套餐隨後上場,首先是「蟹點•三弄」,包括:紅菜頭蟹肉海皇餃、黑魚籽蟹粉小籠包 及 松葉蟹肉千絲酥(左至右)。加入紅菜頭製作而成的餃皮,紅紅的外層非常上鏡,餃內釀入鮮嫩的蟹肉及爽彈的鮮
餡料以蟹肉為主,再以腐皮包裹著後炸,外皮炸得金黃酥脆,表面鋪滿甘香的蟹油鹽水鴨肉絲,食落香脆可口。

每年10月正值菊黃蟹肥的季節,當然少不了清蒸江蘇大閘蟹。餐廳為每位客人預留足六両重的江蘇大閘蟹(公蟹),大閘蟹的蟹膏豐腴,油香四溢;最適合以傳統清蒸煮法來炮製,不但可盡量保留蟹膏和蟹肉的鮮味,也可讓賓客品嚐到最原汁原味的大閘蟹,滋味滿分。
