To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. -九州車海老: 勁大隻,加左柚子皮係面,蝦肉厚身,啖啖肉
-北海道馬糞海膽: 份量好多,海膽十分鮮甜,時另食材真係唔同啲😋
-赤貝:上枱前師傅有拍一拍令赤貝收縮,加上青檸汁,大大隻非常爽脆
-金目鯛: 火炙左,尤其魚皮位,十分香口富有魚油感
