To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午行山沿路由灣仔至跑馬地,三小後已經入夜六點半,見到熟食中心居然仲營業,入去一看,因太疲倦就坐低,叫咗蒜香骨,胡椒豬肚湯,蝦乾粉絲雜菜煲,砵酒煮桶蠔。味道方面算合格,蒜香骨即煮熱辣辣但肉偏瘦,砵酒煮桶蠔可以一試,冇蠔腥臭味,至於胡椒豬肚湯及蝦乾粉絲雜菜煲味道尚可。環境空曠,夠冷氣,坐得算舒服。
