最近我食到我嘅人生牛扒🥩,真係好食到唔知點形容!講佢係全香港至正嘅乾式熟成牛扒,一啲都唔過分。店員對牛扒嘅講解仲好認真,今次真係學到好多關於牛肉嘅知識。

🥩【牛肉篇】🥩 Steak Art對待牛肉真係唔係講笑,佢哋個熟成櫃價值超過六位數!仲要24小時保持住2度同86%濕度,咁先可以令到牛肉自然風乾,酵素爆發,最後變到超級嫩滑,風味十足,每一啖都係juicy到爆!

🍄‍🟫 是日餐湯:雜菌蘑菇湯加蟹肉,蟹肉係後加上去嘅,唔食蟹肉嘅朋友可以唔加。蘑菇湯味道濃厚。

🥗 沙律:沙律上面有自家整嘅芝麻餅,有時會轉三文魚或者Parma Ham。芝麻餅好重芝麻味,沙律有蘋果、提子乾、花生同生菜。

🥚 焦糖鵝肝燉蛋:味道好特別,焦糖燉蛋甜甜地,仲有陣陣鵝肝味。呢個係廚師精心研製嘅菜式,真係一流!

🍞 帶子紅菜頭蘋果多士:多士上面有帶子紅菜頭蘋果醬,仲有用魚子醬點綴,真係好奢華,食落口好滿足。
