To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 十月下旬‧晴我也會來大家樂吃晚餐的,是晚就二人來吃。其實一路下來,大家樂也做得不差的,七時來到,只要看那座無虛席的情況就知。不少人在吃火窩,但看到那個例湯是青紅蘿蔔焗豬骨湯,又不作他想,就吃晚市小菜套餐。在三個選擇之中,要了生炒骨及韭黃炒魚柳。老火湯甜美,材料不少,不能說是全無味精的,但在寒風初起的秋夜喝此品,幾受用的。小菜也是即叫即炒的,上檯時是熱辣辣的。先吃生炒骨,仍有點脆口,酸多過甜,不過件數不少,而也做得有板有眼的,可以接受。韭黃炒魚柳,只要夠熱已經拿了分,這一點是可以順利過關的,吃起來魚柳當然是滑而味不多,驚喜的反而是墊底的炸米粉,仍然是脆的。套餐還包白飯一大碗,及中國茶一杯。埋單每人39蚊,吃得飽飽又不太貴,難怪其門如市。
