To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次在這裡吃晚飯,質素還可,製作擺盤有點心思,有進步空間, ...“鹽燒大連鮑魚”,有炸蒜但略厭多了點,而且過了火,還挺香的但有點苦,鮑魚新鮮,夠煙韌,不過太小隻,不夠過癮。“上湯鮮竹浸豆苗”,今年第一次食豆苗,豆苗不錯,豆梗不多,也算嫩滑,鮮冬菇和秀珍菇可能走過油,起碼炒過,整個上湯挺香的。“無花果咕嚕豚肉”,味道都還好,無花果是用乾的那種,即煲湯用的無花果,雖然已煮熟再回鑊,但還有點韌,汁的甜度適中,不過咕嚕肉就太小粒,而脆皮做得很好,夠脆。

“上湯鮮竹浸豆苗”,今年第一次食豆苗,豆苗不錯,豆梗不多,也算嫩滑,鮮冬菇和秀珍菇可能走過油,起碼炒過,整個上湯挺香的。
