To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨晚台灣朋友晌openrice找到呢間台灣風味嘅餐廳。咁就一於去試下,首先環境係好懷舊係值得一讚,朋友話係有台灣feel。服務都好好,係人多時會有點嘈,到食嘅嘢了,叫咗個水蓮~呢個係要投訴嘅.太喊了。本身個配料係喊的.個菜份量小,不過唔需要咁多配料去煮。不過有提出意見佢地都有接受。另外個蒼蠅頭炒飯...都係太喊。反而個三杯雞就唔辣。 總額黎講係可以一去感受懷舊做一下假文青。食物就份量比較小,亦都不是特別好好。
