To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今餐唔餓,所以比較輕食。黑松露珍珠燻溏心蛋比想像中好食,燻味同黑松露味好香,當然蛋味都好香,成件事幾夾👍🏻蜜汁脆黃鱔脆卜卜既小黃鱔,加上甜甜既蜜汁,一啖接一啖既小食。上湯菠菜有金華火腿絲做點綴,成個菜即刻充滿鮮味。蟹黃大湯包第一次食大湯包,仲有飲管可以插落去飲,好香蟹黃味,肉都好嫩。(最終都系整爛個皮,用匙羹不嚟飲)椰汁小玉兔朋友話好食,不過我就唔鐘意個質地,唔似一般食到既椰汁糕,佢爽爽地,好似好假咁… 味道都有d假。炸芝麻湯圓一上枱就聞到,好香芝麻味,內餡都系芝麻,每一啖都充滿芝麻味👍🏻👍🏻
