To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有朋自遠方來 不亦樂乎沒有酒,人也自醉。朋友係英國返左香港,當然book 餐廳食中菜。本身就好鐘意食小籠包既我,當然係私心地揀左上海餐館🤣🤣🤣我見到地點係銅鑼灣👍🏼👍🏼而且環境仲古色古香,所以就book 呢間餐廳😄去到餐廳係有古香,因為除左有老伙記既親切,餐廳係有D舊,但比左個海景位,雖然唔知有霧定玻璃原故,其實唔係好睇到;不過向海位,已經令人心花怒放😍😍😍真容易滿足🤣🤣🤣食物(1)小籠包(ok , 正常,冇特別)(2)醉雞(酒汁正,推介,最少我喜歡💕)(3)素鵝(個樣好熱氣,不討好,(見圖)但又脆脆地,熱氣又好想食咁,心情複雜🤣🤣🤣)(4)雙面黃(浸完個湯都係脆🤣🤣)(5)雞絲粉皮(明明相有好多雞絲;應該我朋友食哂D雞絲,我食粉皮🤣🤣🤣定係粉皮多?🤣🤣🤣)(6)鍋貼(ok, 冇特別)(7)豆沙鍋餅(有陳皮味定咩味?怪怪地,我又繼續食,紅豆蓉👍🏼)(8)酒釀丸子(本身我鐘意食,偏心地喜歡💕再加上用古式器皿盛載,咁靚,好開心😃)後記:希望可以印新menu , 因為太殘舊🤦🏻‍♀️餐廳廁所亦可以番新一下。
