To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

路過紅磡, 見到這間店有條小人龍, 朋友介紹話這間店很有名, 經常有人龍排隊, 便買了鵝翼及大腸回家吃。鵝翼 $15/隻的滷水味道不算濃, 不特別但也算好味；豬大腸 $20/條夠哂冧, 清清的滷水味, 我覺得唔錯, 小朋友吃後覺得有燒酒味, 或許是豬腸的味道吧順帶一提, 買外賣時, 他們會倒少少滷水汁入盒內, 並附上一包滷水汁及酢。我個人較喜歡濃味或偏鹹的食物, 但也覺得他們的滷水汁超鹹, 浸在盒底的鵝翼要用清水沖一沖才可吃。
