To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友放假又黎到時代「搵食」啦!今次就黎試試呢間「鍾廚」。門口勁多人等,心諗一定好好啦。點知入到去,個環境格局都好似曾相識咁,上網一搵,原來「鍾廚」係稻香集團黎,真係有啲失望!好啦,我地就叫下啲點心食先。叫左鮮蝦餃、燒賣皇、菠蘿菠蘿包、蝦春卷、蒸鳳爪、鮮蝦腸、川汁抄手、潮州粉果、炸銀絲卷同蒸排骨。覺得呢到段粒計蝦餃燒賣都真係幾無奈,對2個人黎食係幾好既,但四個人都要一粒一籠嗎?咁都明白單粒計比一籠計係會貴啲既。咁講番味道先,菠蘿菠蘿包係有驚喜,內有菠蘿粒,好特別。其他點心都係一般酒樓飲茶味道,吾算好好食。人均都要$180位,一啲都吾值。
