大廚用新鮮蕃茄、蒜蓉同橄欖油,製成一個新鮮蕃茄醬,入口清新,又唔會太清淡,配埋個多士一齊食,而廚房就好細心咁將香脆多士切成幼條,我終於唔洗食到成枱都係碎啦!

「咋」一聲上枱既呢個蜆,加入左新鮮魚湯、蒜蓉同白酒,熾熱既鐵板將酒精蒸發,魚湯既香味乘機散發。而蜆肉方面,隻隻都飽滿結實,帶有海水既味道。

Aioli,大蒜蛋黃醬,係地中海料理中常見既醬汁,係由蒜蓉、橄欖油、蛋黃整成,而sabour就加入埋蕃茜,就變成green aioli,而呢個sauce係foam狀既,充滿空氣感。加上爽口鮮甜既墨魚粒,味道更加豐富。

「咋咋」兩聲上枱既呢個蒜片蝦,直情見到d橄欖油係度跳舞咁,大廚先將蒜片、辣椒、橄欖油加熱,將蒜片同辣椒既香味迫出,再放入大蝦,吸收哂蒜片既香味,辣度只有一點點,怕辣既我都完全接受到。

蕃茄凍湯,有切成細粒既西班牙腸,亦有大量既蔬菜,湯主要用新鮮蕃茄打成,湯質較濃,配搭埋反西班牙腸小小辣味,成個湯酸酸辣辣咁,好開胃。

好清新既雜果雪芭,on top有一粒粒既黑醋魚子,廚師話呢個係刻意的清新,可以比我地清一清味蕾,以迎接陣間既paella。

身為海鮮迷既我地,加左每人$150(姐係$300),upgrade變jumbo既,多左龍蝦、帶子、魷魚、蜆,成個畫面即刻好治癒,即刻打個卡先。
飯係用左x米,加入左大量魚湯、蝦湯,成個paella既主角就係個飯。飯入面亦有八爪魚粒洋蔥等等配菜,食落口感豐富。

Tiramisu 同樣用氣槍打出黎,口感較light,微甜。可能會有錯覺,以為有杏仁係裹面,其實係氮氣味道。食既時候,舀埋底部既消化餅碎一齊食,入口又脆又軟。
仲有homemade orange gelato,Gelato比一般雪糕light好多,冇咁多fat,食完唔洗有罪惡感。

總結黎講,Sabour真係幾岩談情or談心黎,環境清靜,同其他客人又有一定既距離,就算密密傾密密講,都唔怕隔離聽到會引起尷尬。同埋呢度有樣好欣賞既係,每一道菜式,staff都會簡單介紹下,我地又問下呢樣果樣,成個氛圍好relax,呢樣應該就係私房菜既吸引點之一啦!
