年近歳晚和家人一起吃團年飯,我選了喜歡的川菜。餐廳在旺角鬧市,舖面臨街,交通方便。裏面裝修典雅,中華風格:七彩紙扇、仿古壁燈,古式古香。“川香鮑魚雞煲”,一大鍋熱騰騰的奉上,川味香料香氣四溢。有四大隻鮑魚,爽口彈牙,雞件不少,而且鮑魚和雞塊都非常入味,芡汁香而不辣。“京蔥羊肉”,爆香的京蔥和羊肉,微辣香口,附送麽麼皮,包住京蔥羊肉一起吃,別有一番滋味。“黃金蝦球”,炒香的鹹蛋黃包住大蝦,新鮮即製,蝦肉鮮甜,味道濃郁,真是食過翻尋味。“干煸四季豆”,炒香的肉碎和四季豆,軟硬適中,爽脆口感,醬香味道,廚藝一流。“酸梅湯”,自家製酸梅湯,味道天然,冰涼解膩,吃完川菜最適宜飲用。這裏的餸菜份量和味道均有水準,全家人都感覺十分滿意,開開心心地吃了一頓團年飯。
