To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大大碟,滑劣劣,有水嫩嘅蛋白香。
如果可以好似細個食嗰款賽螃蟹咁,放隻生蛋黃撈埋就更加美味!可惜而家再搵唔返一間餐廳會咁樣做喇,因為大家都要保障返自己餐廳嘅食物衛生安全。


四川擔擔麵 $50
足料嘅一碗擔擔麵,無論係花生,肉碎抑或係佢個芝麻香都好夠,食完個麵仲會忍唔住想飲晒啲湯tim!

值得一讚嘅係個小籠包,皮薄又多汁,其實一啲都唔會差過鼎泰豐,熱辣辣將成粒小籠包放入口,係口度爆汁個下真係好幸福!


烤北京填鴨 (半隻) $160
重點黎喇! 隻鴨滿滿油花加上薄薄嘅皮,係時候為自己DIY 個餡餅食喇!
一塊皮加上兩塊鴨,三種配料再加埋佢特製嘅醬汁,滿滿餡料先至係大滿足🤤

食過好幾間唔同嘅北京樓,我覺得元朗嘅北京樓係做得最出色,尤其係填鴨個皮!唔似一般嘅皮咁擺得耐會乾,一路keep住夠水份,好似面膜咁哈哈;亦都唔係好似平時啲皮咁要放好多麵粉喺上面等佢唔好痴埋一齊,反而廚房會攝一張一張嘅點心蒸爐紙喺每一塊皮嘅中間,方便食客去攞啲皮,欣賞👍🏿


P.S. 今次點咗玫瑰荔枝茶,好香,唔洗加錢架😆
