To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

海港城有一間牛角，而家新港開埋yakiniku like，應該會搶佢唔少生意，但係真心想講呢到應該係尖沙咀最平嘅燒肉因為今日唔係好肚餓嘅關係，所以叫咗100 gram嘅牛五花肉，可以揀要沙律或者泡菜，我要咗泡菜，正常韓式泡菜味道，牛五花肉，多油脂，但52蚊嚟講其實佢肉質真係算唔錯，唔會好硬，而且喺唔係好肚餓嘅情況下，100 gram真係夠曬一個女仔食，配埋白飯啱啱好不過真係要提下大家，午市高峰期嚟食就要有心理準備，等位等到傻，我十二點嚟到門口已經排曬隊。。。溫馨提示可以用gulu攞位
