To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 補回昨天的...一年既最後一日, 要有好既終結,哈哈!!俾個藉口出去食早餐, 返工前先o係美孚落車去大家樂嘆早餐. 要左個吉列豬扒+炒滑蛋+厚多士+蕃茄肉碎湯通粉.不過滑蛋唔滑, 佢係炒到一磚野咁,同埋唔知係唔係開蛋粉既呢? 不過抵讚既係入面有d蔥花,同埋幾夠味.我將一半炒蛋加o係半塊厚多士上面食, 另外半塊則用jam伴食…而多士我就request要燶d, 可以脆d.吉列豬扒好脆, 炸槳唔厚,唔係好大塊,d肉質係實實地,不過好在唔多肥膏…點埋他他醬就又好味wor~蕃茄肉碎湯通粉.係我鍾意的有坑紋既通粉, ~因為會索湯d同彈牙d架! 真係蕃茄湯, 冇蕃茄的,但有少少椰菜都好過冇.整體味道ok的.第一次黎呢間大家樂~都幾多人wor~估唔到美孚有咁多茶記,但d街坊都係揀貴d既大家樂.不過自己始終都係鍾意大快活早餐多d,因為佢d炒蛋真係滑蛋,同埋吉列魚柳幾靚的.可惜大快活分店較少,自己較少機會食到.
