To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 冬天一定係食蟹嘅季節!咁多蟹當中,我最鍾意就係食大閘蟹!好多上海酒家都有出大閘蟹優惠,我諗住同屋企人坐得舒服啲,揀咗試十里洋場嘅會員買一送一套餐promotion!我哋一行9人嗌咗8人餐(淨係收4人錢咋,超級抵!)前菜其實可以揀8款,不過個經理建議我哋揀四款,然後佢加大份量俾我哋。8款的話就每款一人份量好少。我哋揀咗青瓜海蜇頭、雞絲粉皮、四喜烤麩同埋脆黃鱔。全部都幾好味幾開胃。凡惠顧呢個大閘蟹套餐,可以用優惠價試個會稽山花雕酒 (廿年) 乙壺。個壺同酒杯好精緻。前菜之後就係呢個城隍廟蟹皇翅。然後就上清蒸大閘蟹啦!足五両重。你哋睇吓啲黃膏幾豐富!同埋仲有好多白膏添,配埋個花雕酒超級正呀!呢個鮮蟹粉鍋巴好好食呀!仲有一個餸係蟹粉炒桂魚絲,冇影到相 haha到尾聲了:生拆蟹粉鮑魚撈飯食大閘蟹點少得飲薑茶。個甜品薑茶芝麻湯丸完美將今晚畫上句號!好滿足呀!
