To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

現今仍有提供生蠔的自助餐不是太多,這是其中一間。但今次我並沒有食生蠔,因為此行的主要目的是食我最愛的小龍蝦Crayfish。雖然有說小龍蝦在污水中靠食腐肉為生是很穢的食物,但它獨特的味道是沒有其他海鮮能取代的。小龍蝦其實不是龍蝦而是螯蝦科生物,生長在咸淡水交界,故肉內含有淡淡的天然海水味。它味道令人一試難忘,愛它的人一定會明白。除了小龍蝦外,這裡的煙三文魚亦值得一贊,很肥美又不會過咸,不自覺又食多了幾片。同行者力薦印度籍廚師主理的咖哩雜菜,味香帶辛,當然是要配著薄餅來吃。雪榚是Mövenpick,有八款選擇:特濃咖啡、焦糖燉蛋、椰子榛子、雲尼拿、朱古力、士多啤梨、青檸雪巴(忘了其中一款味道)。豆腐花有驚喜,感覺它不是用熟石膏粉來造的,因少了一份啖啖的酸臭味;大膽估計也許是用葡萄糖酸內脂埋的,口感嫩滑有豆香,吃得出是用心撞出來的豆腐花。生蠔是一般自助餐貨色就不要抱太大期望,同行者說生蠔開得乾淨沒有蠔殼,size雖小但有蠔味,尚算爽脆。魚生一般,沒有驚喜。芝士焗龍蝦有點過熟,鵝肝亦屬一般。餐飲cappuccino不錯。這裡的客人質素偏低,食客眾多要排隊是常識吧!可是很多食客不排隊,當我在夾

這裡的客人質素偏低,食客眾多要排隊是常識吧!可是很多食客不排隊,當我在夾食物時,其他人會用另外食物的夾伸過來爭夾食物,也許他們是太餓吧!全程不止一兩次出現這情況,而同行者亦遇到。故須要有多一點耐心忍讓,畢竟食物是會refill的呢.....
可能是坐吧枱的關係吧,侍應收碟的速度很慢,要自行把碟叠起他們才會來收。
總括而言,當下次小龍蝦癮起時,仍是會再來的。
