去了一間名人館食潮洲菜,自己本身是潮洲人,由細就食鹵水鵝,所以對鹵水都有要求😅咁次朋友帶,佢話這間鹵水鵝你一定要試,無論汁跟鵝肉都做到非常出色😋先點二件香蒜竹炭豆腐,炸外脆內軟,一咬外面脆蒜香味而豆腐就香滑,都未食過有咁滑豆腐,好食😋日式燒魷魚仔,這時間食魷魚仔🦑是最好最肥美,每隻都帶有魷魚本身膏,口感就好似食魷魚釀蝦餃,加上燒汁味道不錯👍期待鹵水鵝片出場,叫雙拼拼墨魚片,獅頭鵝片咬落完全冇渣,肉質林,鹵水汁的花椒八角桂皮味唔會好重,鹵水汁味調教得好好,唔會好濃但鹵水味就好香,鵝肉完全吸收鹵水汁,食左咁多年鹵水鵝,這間真心做得唔錯,墨魚片爽口👍冰鎮鮑魚拼雞絲海蜇,朋友話一定都要食,鮑魚做得好出色,鮑魚鮮甜爽口,海蜇帶好香麻油爽口,唔會有 腥味👍😋不得不介紹俚支花臉啤酒🍻,柔香薩花茲酒花精麥芽慢焙制成,有水果香中和苦味,好酒😅老闆娘好好,仲送二份即整熱西米甸甜品🍮熱辣辣個底仲有紅豆沙,唔會好甜。服務員都招得好好,今時今日香港有咁服務都好難,食物又新鮮好食,服務又好,今時今日有咁服務值得推介
