To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時食得西餐中菜多但北京菜都比較少食難得做冬就同埋屋企人一齊試一試北京老家—————————前菜有蒜泥白肉同埋海蜇青瓜份量都唔少 作為前菜味道都好好一定要講一講呢度嘅片皮鴨皮唔會好厚 鴨肉熱辣辣份量夠晒小籠包多肉又多汁一人一個熱辣辣啱啱好京蔥炒羊肉男朋友鍾意食羊啱晒份量又多又惹味如果用黎送飯真係一流全晚嘅主角一定係呢條柚子桂花魚桂花魚炸魚啖啖肉又香口加埋柚子汁酸酸地超好食!我哋仲叫咗個羊肉湯麵湯嘅味道好濃再加埋大量嘅菜夠晒健康另一碟澱粉質就係炒刀削麵同樣都有菜同埋肉類不過個人就鍾意湯麵多啲蒜蓉炒豆苗仲保持到綠嫩爽口鍾意食甜品嘅我哋仲叫咗個拔絲士多啤梨同埋豆沙窩餅最後食埋今餐嘅紫米露全部人都好飽金山所有人一致比99分!
