To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 知道一風堂出了期間限定的鴨肉拉麵，今晚放工自私食！個麵幾抵食，不過追加3片鴨胸要$18，最後只係加了一份餃子。講真，連鎖店唔會要求太高，不過鴨胸確係抵讚！軟腍冇渣鴨味十足，湯底正正常常，有衝想飲多啖，麵都烚得幾好，唔會太腍。可能我自己加咗蒜蓉同高菜，配合番自己嘅口味，覺得碗嘢零舍好食！餃子呢？就真係驚唔夠食飽先嗌，質素就係平時超市買嗰啲囉！疫情通關後不停返深圳，真係冇諗過去日本，好懷念之前喺東京食嘅鴨肉醬油蕎麥麵⋯⋯一風堂可以止吓咳！👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
