上中:縞鰺魚
右上:北海道水八爪魚拌Wasabi漬
特別欣賞wasabi漬🤏🏻雖然比起wasabi更搶口~但配刺身食更夾呢
左下:赤貝 白見貝
下中:香箱蟹 (11月6-12月31先有)
超級滿足🤤成隻蟹拆好哂肉~啖啖都係享受🤤除左面頭既蟹肉,仲有蟹膏同蟹籽係底🧡
右下:新鮮三文魚子拌蘿蔔蓉
師傅仲要示範彈啲三文魚子比我地睇😆係新鮮先會咁彈得起👍🏻

仲有師傅追加比我地食既小食!!大滿足
上:白海老真丈(蝦味魚蛋)
下:昆布醬油燒白子
同左師傅講我唔太好白子既刺身🥹然後佢話我一定會鐘意食依個白子燒⋯果然無令人失望啊~入口creamy,唔會有白子刺身果種怪腥味,係有一種好鮮甜好香魚油味😛加埋昆布醬油甜甜地~入口更容易!

接下黎就有壽司
金目鯛、關鯖、青森帆立貝、槍魷魚、秋刀魚、中吞拿、大拖羅魚腩、醬油漬吞拿魚
而我最鐘意既係關鯖,第一次食鯖魚刺身,魚味十分之濃郁😍
另外好欣賞師傅對食材了解既細膩程度🥹好似 大拖羅魚腩壽司咁,原來簡單用鹽就可以降低油香同時增加魚嘅味道😋
