To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天特意來九龍城吃泰菜,眾所周知這裡是泰菜的聚集地。地點是九龍城太子道西398號御太子地下鋪,小曼谷海鮮燒烤屋。鐘意食燒魚一定不要錯過,雖然外皮黑黑地,揭開魚皮,魚肉雪白,味道鮮香嫩滑,真是超正。經過鹽燒的洗禮後,肉質緊實又鮮美,鹽香四溢,簡直是鹽燒界的戰斗機!接著是鮑魚,它的鹽燒版同樣不輸給烏頭魚,肉質滑嫩,鹽香彌漫,加些蒜和魚仔,一吃就上癮!再來是泰式鮮蝦超金邊粉,鮮蝦Q彈彈牙,金邊粉吸收了泰式湯汁的精髓,味道層次豐富到讓你叫絕!最後是泰式鹹魚炒芥蘭,鹹魚香脆可口,芥蘭爽脆清新,兩者完美結合,贏曬!最後來個芒果沙冰收尾,冰涼涼的芒果滋味,讓你整個口腔都充滿了清新的感覺!這頓飯太豐盛了,讓我這廚藝小白也忍不住要點艷艷大誇一場!
