To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 炎炎盛夏，剛巧是食鴨的季節，不少中菜餐廳都推出了片皮鴨餐應巿，最近本人都去了幾間不同的餐廳，品嚐它們的出品，嚐過後認為這間出品最符合我的口味。餐廳為美心旗下，主題與名稱相符，主打北京菜，菜單種類上難免有所局限。餐廳不大，裝修風格偏向古色古香，配上現代的元素點綴，典雅不庸俗。服務不錯，上菜、收碟、添水都很勤快，即使當天來用餐的人數不少。餐點方面，由於各人口味各有不同，不作詳述。(請參考附圖)總括而言，本來是被這間餐廳最近與匯豐推出聯乘優惠吸引，並沒有抱太大期待，但結果整體令人滿意。
