To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 飲完茶都要食個下午茶，就知道妟就飲茶冇嘢食啦。係南館食肆當中，呢間開左冇耐，又好坐。開長途會議要食個下午茶先。松露牛角包奶茶。呢種薯條係這處見到，真係有點新奇，格格不入。牛角包屬迷你型，冇乜松露味。上碟款式都別緻，但，我都係嚟食嘢遮。36蚊。抵唔抵🤔🤔優點係，坐位舒適。但有個疑問？？？係咪開錯地方？或者佢地要好好設計下個餐牌同定位，唔易做。（後記：開完會，跟同事們事後檢討，六人坐左個半鐘，一杯咖啡。。。雖然有點過份，但七點都唔滿，至可以咁坐遮。大家樂一早冇位啦。高層要諗諗生意方向。我都希望呢區有個咁舒適地方hea 下）
