To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日自己一個到元氣壽司食晚餐，搭巴士19:00仲係粉嶺公路嘅時候已經用apps攞定飛，最後都係要等45分鐘左右入座。無對比就無傷害，壽司來講質素就一般，但相比起上水彩園村嗰間就好好多！要求吾高，夾起壽司吾散就非常好。厚切鰻魚壽司，一般，無圖咁厚燒柚胡左口邊，元氣新品，口感好得意，厚得嚟又爽口！絕對要試下厚切長吞腩，都算新鮮易入口油甘魚蓉，魚蓉面加咗七味粉有啲怪怪地芝麻雞翼（2隻），好鬆脆，值得一試燒醬油三文腩，冇咩特別芝士蟹柳奄列，公仔花咗好吾開心，雖然味道吾錯但係冷盤就差啲
