To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 做冬+家姐生日飯, 哥哥提議食素. 從來未試過做冬食齋, 有新意.呢度係以會員式招待, 不過就唔洗會費, 同埋呢度嘅招呼真係非一般素菜館可以提供.佢哋嘅服務員, 上至經理, 下至樓面, 個個都面帶笑容, 又細心為客人分菜上碟, 連帶切蛋糕時,都會熄燈一班服務員為你唱生日歌, 好西化嘅服務. 值得一讚. 四式拼盆 - 炸蠔 - 細細粒用腐干做, OK. 另外青瓜卷住唔知咩菇, 有創意. 素雞青豆都唔差. 玉翅鳳眼餃 - 賣相精緻, 連中間嗰朵花都係用小唐菜做ka. 真係有心思. 上品燉湯 - 猴頭菇, 冬菇等等...燉嘅湯, 清清地, 不過味道淡咗d. 繽紛彩蔬 - 未食過嘅呢種鳳眼果, 食落有d似淮山嘅feel, 當然味道唔同啦! 加埋猴 頭菇, 百合, 腰果一齊煮, 唔錯. 金絲翡翠 - 金絲用牛蒡絲做, 配菠菜同茶樹菇, 好美. 蜜椒焗鮮茄子 - 個人唔太愛茄子唔腍身, 不過個蜜椒汁做得幾好. 香酥黃金貝 - 用PASTA釀內薯蓉同乳酪再炸, 正! 翠竹仙島 - 加埋甘筍釀嘅鮮冬菇, OK. 麻香炒麵 - 唔係一般嘅麵條, 用麻醬, 芝麻做出一個好味嘅炒麵. 千層果派 - 清香
