Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

八月·茶室中秋剛過，但呢間餐廳每一日都係中秋節🌖以月球🪐為背景，裝飾醒目亮眼吸睛，忍唔住要入去試吓🤣Menu選擇多樣化，中西合璧，連大熱門嘅川菜都應有盡有👍酸菜魚、水煮魚、水煮牛⋯⋯不過今次想試吓川菜小炒🔥·酸菜炒肥腸酸酸辣辣好開胃，先炸再爆炒的大腸，煙韌又惹味，份量仲好多吓😊·孜然牛肉（店長推介）用孜然爆炒的牛肉，確保肉質唔會老，仲有啖啖孜然味，餸飯一流🍚·肥仔至愛-石鍋和風牛肉飯牛肉飯好難煮得唔好食，秘訣在於醬汁，再加一隻溫泉蛋🥚色香味一流🤤·咖喱吉列豬扒飯港式港味嘅咖喱吉列豬扒，真的係豬扒有豬扒味，咖喱有咖喱味🤣 重點係塊豬扒勁大塊、勁香脆~·甜品-流心奶黃西多士🍞香炸黃金留心奶黃西多士🍞即叫即做夠晒熱辣辣👍一刀切落去，留心奶黃擁晒出嚟，再加上邪惡的牛油🧈 齋睇已經難以抗拒了😍～最後飲品所有跟餐特飲一律半價👏👏👏·菠蘿冰 ·雜果賓治 ·龍鳳寧樂配料又係多到滿寫😋雜果直頭成杯滿上真係抵飲又好飲🥰好豐盛的一餐😋😋😋
