To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日預祝朋友生日，又好耐無食自助餐所以就book左係朗豪酒店到食鵝肝多士，每次一煎完啲客人就會去攞，到無晒先再煎冷盤，有個職員長期係到，生蠔就新鮮即開一小左啲個職員就會再開，無停手邊款已經無左一半佢地就會即刻攞返出黎補充 👍👍一口牛幾好味，但有1-2粒un到咬唔到刺身，有幸見到佢即劏三文魚😁，至於海膽手卷海膽就小左啲😫甜品～有手袋蛋糕吸引到小朋友去攞，但食落就麻麻地但芒果布甸同蘋果jelly有驚喜，好味道雪糕好快溶，但士多啤梨味好好味😁每位有一杯餐飲，因為見到有部咖啡機就心癢癢點左咖啡，夠香濃職員收碟快，見到有小朋友會即刻安排兒童餐具同椅👍整體ok呀～所以會有下次
