To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同媽媽來到這間中菜廳晚飯，之前食過覺得質素唔錯，所以今日帶媽咪來再食。今日食嘅係$1288嘅2人套餐。百味豆腐 •拍蒜青瓜豆腐炸得皮脆內嫩滑。拍青瓜爽脆，蒜味加埋陳醋味好開胃。海蛯汁龍蝦-每位半隻龍蝦肉質鮮嫩，加上鮮味海蛯汁，回味無窮。虎乳菌翡翠炒帶子帶子大粒又鮮嫩。蜜糖豆條條飽滿爽脆。清蒸游水海星斑星斑蒸得好靚，火候剛好，肉質細嫩滑，蒸魚豉油不會太鹹，有提鮮效果。脆皮炸子雞-半隻熱辣辣，皮脆肉嫩又juicy。羊肚菌杞子浸菜苗羊肚菌味道濃厚，杞子鮮甜，簡簡單單嘅一個菜，好健康。原個蛋黄壽桃包個包好夠熱，香滑蓮蓉同埋漏晒油的鹹蛋黃，非常邪惡。精美甜品紅豆沙微甜，不錯的飯後甜品。
