To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 疫情雖然令我們不開心,但又因為這樣令我們多了大飽口福的機會。因為很多食店都推出不同優惠吸引食客光顧。今次朋友推介去逸東軒食38元的點心,作為米芝蓮一級食府的出品應該不差的。這次38元點心優惠做到3月31日,朋友食過幾次都話好食,今次陪我們再食。佢話要先訂位,walk in隨時冇位或者要等,佢負責網上訂檯,11:00入座,用餐時間90分鐘。因為優惠只限星期一至五,我們就用平日放假去食。雖然地點與酒店名字相同,但入口不在酒店內,要從橫街進入,食店在地庫,出電梯後就見到食店。訂了檯很快就安排入座。人客很多,整個大廳已坐滿,我們四人安排在內龐的一張圓檯,每檯之間隔很闊落。每個擺位,茶杯、碗筷都整整齊齊,茶壺放在茶爐上保持熱度。點心紙上寫著「想點就點」,我就想著想食就食,當然不想浪費食物,所以只好適可而至。未食點心先食下檯上小食,燒腩仔粒伴四季豆,細細碟味道都幾好。之後叫了八款點心慢慢嘆。荀尖鮮蝦蛟,皮薄晶瑩,蝦肉漲漲滿滿,食落爽口。帶子蒸燒賣,帶子薄薄一片平放在燒賣上,帶子有鮮甜味,燒賣做得結實而不硬,有肉香,。豉汁蒸鳳爪,鳳爪的形狀是屬於小型的,調配的醬汁又恰到好處,整體混合出色,鳳爪細細隻

荀尖鮮蝦蛟,皮薄晶瑩,蝦肉漲漲滿滿,食落爽口。

帶子蒸燒賣,帶子薄薄一片平放在燒賣上,帶子有鮮甜味,燒賣做得結實而不硬,有肉香,。

豉汁蒸鳳爪,鳳爪的形狀是屬於小型的,調配的醬汁又恰到好處,整體混合出色,鳳爪細細隻反而更容易食用。

蠔皇叉燒包,叉燒嫩滑,醬汁豐富,整個內層都是蠔皇汁,但又不會做到濕漉漉,外層仍是乾爽。

蜂巢海鮮竽角,這個點心有點失色,上檯時見角身不夠挺,咬一口感到蜂巢不夠鬆化,角皮不夠黏糯,幸好內裏的竽蓉還是滿滿的,帶有竽香。

酥皮叉燒焗餐包,包面鬆化,內裏的叉燒嫩滑,口感綿密。

京蔥和牛酥餅,這個外型有點像糊椒餅,酥皮很香口,包內的京蔥和牛味道濃郁,牛味很出,做成免治牛配合切成小點的京蔥,又有另一種口感。

春風得意脆皮腸粉,腸粉皮薄通透,春卷內的蝦膠分量充足,只是脆皮的效果不是很強。

整體來說,八款點心仍是很可口的,用平價吃上米芝蓮的食品是超值了。
