喺W Hotel飲宴完畢,打包咗幾件杞子桂花糕返屋企。平日酒樓嘅桂花糕入囗即溶,微甜之中帶點冰凍嘅口感,隨住桂花糕喺口腔溶化,慢慢滲出桂花嘅清香。本身見W Hotel出品,都有少少期待,但酒店始終都係賣牌子居多。夾起桂花糕嘅質感尤如啫喱糖,入囗只覺除咗甜甜哋,完全冇桂花香,同一舊膠冇分別。
