To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叉燒咬落唔柴,不過唔夠入味同香口條魚蒸得啱啱好呢樣OK 白飯魚煎蛋淡味咗少少,不過都食到白飯魚香味。豉油王大蝦真劣評,唔新鮮,啲肉削,而且唔入味,完全有違豉油王惹味煮法。仲有等待上菜時間都稍為耐,幾乎每一碟上完食晒先下一碟,可能坐得比較入,經常舉手都冇人應,係有個經理好少少會跟一跟。總括嚟講就真係有啲失望,普通小菜小炒都反而仲好食。
