To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日lunch又係佐敦依邊,就食依間老趙。依間我之前都食過,但係好耐無黎。午餐時間都多人,所以等左陣先有位,間舖本身唔大,所以有啲迫。我就叫左個雞絲撈檬,黎到既時候已經覺個啲雞絲好少。咁加左啲越式撈檬汁,撈完食入口都尚算可以,有蒽油味同埋酸酸甜甜,加上有啲芽菜,幾好咬口。但唔好既係雞絲太少,好似係到剩食撈檬咁😖咁樣收我$54令我覺得有啲唔抵🤦🏻‍♂️跟餐叫左杯熱奶茶,但好淡,我都無expect好好飲,所以就算啦。
