相約朋友嚟銅鑼灣把酒言歡,佢介紹喺耀華街Zing10樓的U Izakaya! 老實講個名都幾難讀,原來係一間居酒屋,餐堂環境十分舒適,仲有個好大嘅露台;但始終氣溫都有二十幾度,所以我們都坐返入去冷氣地方;一坐好就奉上小小姐前菜,原來呢度有八點半後happy hour,而佢哋所指的happy hour就係98蚊4串串燒再加啤酒或者其他飲品!又真係幾happy喎!我哋當然點咗同嘅串燒再加唔同嘅飲品都係加少少錢啫!佢嘅雞肝串燒外脆內軟,咬落仲有少少肉汁!雞軟骨串燒所選嘅軟骨唔算硬食落脆卜卜;秋葵串燒就最啱攞嚟吸收下啲油和同消滯!而不同做法的牛橫隔肌串燒,各有特色!我哋選嘅喺香蒜味,濃濃的蒜味再加上口感彈牙嘅牛肉,食落好有層次感;而另外選嘅羊架亦都燒到剛剛好!肉質軟滑加少少香騷味,中意食羊肉嘅朋友不二之選;而我認為最好食嘅就係燒五花腩,燒到外脆內軟,又有肉汁仲有隆隆嘅肉味;已豚肉秋葵卷就比較有特色;雞翼尖就略為瘦咗少少!至於我哋要嘅兩杯飲品都各有特色,可以講此處係一個朋友相聚嘅好地方!
