今日放假下午去了名家食韓國菜做lunch,叫咗一個燜牛肋骨及豆腐豬肉大醬湯,從來都鍾意韓式牛肋骨入口香甜甜帶果香味,仲有少少紅棗的香,牛肋骨份量非常之大,除咗紅蘿蔔仲有白蘿蔔,份量非常足夠,可惜可能lunch嘅關係,有部份牛肋骨有點太軟,口感過了,之後嘅豆腐大醬湯係傳統韓式湯品,上枱非常之熱辣辣,有豆腐豬肉碎金菇,中間有隻生雞蛋,雞蛋半熟狀態下非常之香滑送飯一流。今日嘅前菜有芽菜菠菜,泡菜,仲有薯仔,薯仔都有三件,所以份量都幾飽,加上一碗白飯,真係非常豐富嘅套餐,埋單$170算唔錯,食物都幾對板,有韓式風味,最緊要前菜冇偷懶。
