最近去太古探完朋友之後,去咗附近一間地道嘅韓燒,估唔到當晚係平日都好多人食,員工仲要好nice同埋健談😎去到嘅時候發現原來有特別限定食物,就係喜馬拉雅山粉紅岩鹽板配韓牛++同烤蔬菜🌸,如果單點佢,每台仲會送韓國有氣清河燒酒(295ml)乙支🍸仲俾我發現有期間限定韓國賀年美食Jumbo 斧頭牛排骨人蔘湯,所以我哋就點咗呢兩款嘢食嚟試吓🤭✨喜馬拉雅山粉紅岩鹽板配韓牛++因為用粉紅岩鹽板,所以基本上韓牛同埋蔬菜已經有淡淡嘅鹹味,我自己就覺得唔需要再點任何嘅醬汁。韓牛肉味好濃郁,最大嗰塊嘅雪花紋好靚,油脂會比較重。另外兩塊細嘅韓牛就肉味偏向濃啲,因為油脂比較少。✨Jumbo 斧頭牛排骨人蔘湯斧頭牛排骨有兩條超級大,可以揸住佢嚟咬🤣人蔘湯入面有少少紅棗、雞蛋絲、粉絲同洋蔥,估唔到人蔘湯唔會太苦。 continue reading

年廿九晚上,選擇到太古城名家食團年飯,其實以往經驗,都明知呢間餐廳服務態度同埋食物都欠奉,但因為地方比較方便同唔係中餐,唔需要同人迫,所以除夕夜都選擇咗呢間。一去到餐廳,第一個衝擊就係竟然要將六人迫埋一個細細嘅卡位,其中一個人仲要係坐喺窗台嘅邊挨住埲磚牆,就算三位女士,都真係僅僅坐得落(圖一)跟住就叫餐嘅時間,另一個「驚喜」,就係本來想叫個「海鮮」香蔥餅,但嚟到之後,真係以為嚟咗個素香蔥餅,一丁點嘅海鮮都唔見,我諗都唔需要多講,有圖有真相,簡直係違反商品說明條例(圖二及圖三)找職員來查詢,職員話因為啲海鮮剁碎晒,所以唔見,但真心,就算整開個蔥餅,除非佢將佢搞到變哦蓉,但係實在一丁點切碎咗嘅海鮮痕跡都係見唔到嘅。總結,服務差之餘,如果唔係因為地點,真係唔會選擇嚟呢度。 continue reading

最近睇得多Netflix嘅韓綜, 成日都想食韓國菜, 今晚就約埋朋友仔試下呢間位於太古城嘅名家韓國餐廳, 餐廳環境幾大, 無咩油煙, 整體幾乾淨, 而且店員服務都好好✨️濟洲島黑豬肉好開心有店員幫忙燒, 唔係就浪費左咁靚嘅黑豬肉, 燒好嘅豬肉油香滿溢, 口感軟嫩, 配搭生菜、蒜片、醬汁同食, 口感豐富又惹味✨️香蔥生菜沙律第一次食E舒沙律, 口感爽脆開胃✨️牛肉大醬湯熱辣辣嘅大醬湯, 味道濃郁, 入面仲有好多配料, 暖胃又好飲✨️醬油蟹醬油蟹超多膏, 醃得相當入味, 加埋米飯、紫菜、蛋黃同醬油同食, 超滿足✨️醬油蝦醬油蝦咬落去已食到微甜惹味嘅醬油香, 肉質結實富彈性, 鮮味十足✨️海藻蠔肉年糕湯呢個1月份期間限定嘅韓國賀年美食一海藻蠔肉年糕湯, 車車都係第一次飲, 湯汁味道鮮甜, 年糕口感煙韌配搭海藻同蠔肉, 估唔到幾夾 continue reading
