To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 唔想返屋企食飯，而且又有少少心癢癢掛住日本，就搵咗朋友陪我去咗馬鞍山一風堂品嚐美食。餐廳門面設計以黑色為主，內裡木桌木椅，環境尚算寬敞、整潔，玻璃後還可以看到廚師在工作。 😋餐廳使用QR code落單，是日選擇：1️⃣蟹味噌拉麵 🍽豚骨湯底加入蟹味噌製作，麵條掛湯彈牙，吸收湯底的風味，主角是鮮甜牛油蟹鉗，還有蟹膏牛油、醬油粟米及炙燒卷腩叉燒，配料豐富多樣，而蟹膏牛油隨著時間溶化，令湯底更濃厚，整體給人一種滿足感。 2️⃣鰻魚飯🍽鰻魚肉質鮮嫩，惹味的鰻魚醬汁滲入米飯中，增加了米飯的口感和風味。3️⃣一風堂餃子🍽熱辣辣，細細粒，皮薄，餡料滿滿，忍唔住一口接一口。4️⃣炸雞翼🍽外層金黃，內裡肉質不會太乾，不錯！5️⃣青森蘋果汁🍽飯後飲，爽！

🍽豚骨湯底加入蟹味噌製作，麵條掛湯彈牙，吸收湯底的風味，主角是鮮甜牛油蟹鉗，還有蟹膏牛油、醬油粟米及炙燒卷腩叉燒，配料豐富多樣，而蟹膏牛油隨著時間溶化，令湯底更濃厚，整體給人一種滿足感。
2️⃣鰻魚飯
