To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

還是第一回在午膳時份到訪。久別的經理,仍是那般殷勤熱情,但,就是看出他眉宇間的歲月留痕。想,是位高權重得要付出的代價。餐廳佈局未有改變:仍是那闊大的落地玻璃、開揚維港,跟圓形天花。只是,自禁煙後,維多利亞式的雪卡櫃,變得空空如也。午間只得小貓三兩,正合我懷。是鮑魚跟龍蝦的推介月,正正是我的所愛。前菜點了西式鮑魚刺身:被片得薄薄的游水鮑魚,是那般鮮勁十足,具口感。伴上各式鮮嫩菜葉,跟由橙柚混成的沙拉油,就是要把鮑魚的鮮美,提升至一個更高、更精彩的層次。主菜點了咖哩龍蝦:新鮮的中型龍蝦,被開了邊。龍蝦伴上了香濃的芒果跟咖哩汁,是巧妙的配合,卻是洋人口味。只因咖哩甜度有餘,辣勁欠奉,並不合我等嗜辣之輩的口胃。甜品是山莓雪糕巧克力夾餅:酸咪咪的山莓雪糕,充滿了果肉,跟味厚甘濃的巧克力,就是絕配。再跟一杯意大利泡沫咖啡,午餐,也就是如斯的精彩迷人。經理好客,餐前想要酒時,經已主動送我一瓶紐西蘭的Pinot Noir。雖然也不是什麽名貴之釀,但,他那份心意,也真教我感動。誰說,街坊食肆方有人情?只要對食物有熱誠,到那裡,也總能遇上有心人。
