西環真係個好多好西嘅地方,今次同朋友一齊嚟試吓呢間主打手工意粉嘅餐廳~⭐️Burrata 2.0 ($128) ❤️9.0今次前菜比起主菜更令我驚喜😳 Burrata cheese 超creamy!😍 配上roasted bell pepper、sichun chilli、thai basial等川式同泰式調味,第一次食到呢個惹味嘅配搭,而家諗起都lam lam 脷😋⭐️Beef Tartare 2.0 ($158) ❤️9.0呢度Beef tartare 又係另一道調味出色嘅前菜!調味主要用Harrisa mayo、pickled jalapeños、nori chips 同shoyu yolk~特別鍾意mayo嘅調味,再配上炸海苔一齊食又別有一番風味👍🏻⭐️Truffle Boneless Chicken ($198) ❤️8.5黑松露味超香! 松露份量好慷慨,配上煎到外脆內嫩嘅雞卷,食得好滿足🤤 仲要有雞白湯醬汁同炸牛蒡絲,即刻有少少座銀嘅感覺🤣⭐️Crab & Uni ($258) ❤️8.0呢道意粉用咁松葉蟹肉同北海道海膽,蟹肉存在感唔高,但意粉煮得剛好幾有咬口,海膽又十分鮮甜,係隱陣好味之

呢道意粉用咁松葉蟹肉同北海道海膽,蟹肉存在感唔高,但意粉煮得剛好幾有咬口,海膽又十分鮮甜,係隱陣好味之選👍🏻

雖然價錢唔算平,但物有所值,食物味道出色,食得出每道餸菜背後所花的心思,員工亦會細心介紹佢哋嘅菜式,小餐館嘅氣氛亦令人食得好開心~ 之後有機會一定會再嚟試吓其他嘢!
