To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每星期一次每次試一種招牌推介。荃西食開上一篇介紹嘅一間麵店。事原朋友介紹無添加麵店,仲要喺另一間隔離。去左一兩次,同老闆傾開,原來都喺度開左好幾年。唔講人地佢講自己啲食品。佢下功夫每晚準備好明天嘅湯料,又對食材有要求,魚要揀好嘅造魚湯,烹煮時間要拿捏得準確,又堅持自家調味,水餃要用雲吞皮... 以上幾點已經令到件事更有個性!食過十幾次。總結係唔係所有個性食材都會令你喜歡,好似我咁,試過佢地嘅雞翼,牛展,係比較甜,不是我杯茶。豬膶係用花調酒浸透,正!花枝得爽脆!魚湯好甜無味精!雲吞皮韭菜水餃好滑!....... 大家有機會都要試下!
