萬聖節難得去香港島飲野,見到openrice有間評分吾錯,就早早訂了2位過去食野。大約7點到,舖頭吾難找,在時代廣場附近,上到去有2-3桌客,落地玻璃係2邊好開揚,隔音好所以出面馬路都吾嘈。佢地安排左4人位比我地坐,椅比其他餐廳大所以好舒服,燈光氣氛剛好,空間感十足。好乾淨同舒服可以今晚傾計!餐牌有散叫,一人餐和酒類都有吾同選擇 。最後我地叫了2個Gastronomic menu:$698。待應問餐前想要邊類酒,有紅酒,白酒和意大利氣酒。我地最後選了紅酒和氣酒作為我地大餐的開始.....煙水牛芝士伴蕃茄凍:蕃茄凍味道好天然,吾太濃,還有少少的蕃茄皮和肉好有口感。再加上少少的水牛芝士配合返,令到有咁膩,而再加上氣酒令到這前菜更香味道更濃。吞拿魚牛油果他他:其實牛油果三文魚他他好多地方都有,當然廚師整得好味之餘絕對吾好忽略上面裝飾果幾點,因我試下竟然係日本芥辣味加少少甜,加上再食絕對係亮點。好深刻也看得出廚師心機。龍蝦濃湯:龍蝦湯味重而好香新鮮龍蝦味,加上也很滑但整體吾咸剛好 。鮮蟹肉白菌忌廉湯:蟹肉堅多同甜再配合白菌香配合好好,份量同配料堅足。都係一個好好飲既湯。香煎法國鵝肝伴焦糖蘋果:
