To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚上跟朋友到星幕食Semi buffet dinner，menu一般，像普通西餐廳一般，有牛，有魚等，沒有驚喜。但salad bar有少少驚喜，杏脯和dried fruits好吃，雖然選擇不多，但食材可以。Smoked三文魚不錯，添補較慢。Salad正常，甜品只有數項選擇，賣相和味道一般，所以沒有拍照打咭。紅酒雖然平價貨，但fruity and powerful, 送扒及女士飲也適合。然而，食物雖然整體一般，環境不錯。反而，影人影景較多，我們坐在聖誕樹前一張枱，影樹也影了一些時間，夜景也很美。服務方面，似乎不夠侍應，整體也可以。最後有特別優惠打了折是經濟實惠的，輕鬆愉快跟朋友chill一晚，星幕是可考慮之選。
