To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

幾日前同幾個朋友，book咗呢間餐廳慶祝環境剛到酒店大堂嘅感覺唔錯，由於酒店係新嘅關係所有設施都非常新淨空間感亦好足夠。餐廳比想像中大，幾舒適寧靜。服務態度一坐低就感覺到幾個職員都過分殷勤，不斷向我哋推介茗茶，即使係我哋多番拒絕後仍然堅持。總括而言，職員嘅殷勤令我哋感覺不自在。餐具擺設亦不太專業，有幾次都係菜式食到一半才送上適當餐具。服務態度上還有不少改善嘅空間，才可同其他同等酒店中餐廳作出比較。食物食物質素還可以，但冇一個菜式特別出色，或者會令我哋會想再番黎食。我哋叫咗個「玉」品味晚宴套餐，亦都係落咗單先被通知蟹蓋已經賣晒，而前盤以另一個套餐嘅三小碟取代。其中金湯白玉星班球令我哋有少許失望，魚肉不是最新鮮質感一般。其他菜式可以話係合格水平總結餐廳只可以用合格來形容，以收取價錢來講，我哋認為過分進取，亦不值得。短期內都唔會考慮再來食
