一嗰偶然過嚟八文樓,講開嘢食,身邊嘅人提起呢間添記食法式三文治🥖見到嗰裝修擺設同埋一頭白髮👨🏻🦳嘅老闆真係感受到滿滿嘅情懷❤️ 係等待期間係到睇唔同嘅報章雜誌介紹佢,其中一篇令我好深刻,完全形容緊我係現場嘅感覺🤣 嗌完餐,老闆會慢條斯理咁將長長嘅麵包放入焗爐,等到啱啱好,佢就會拎出嚟夾餡料,我哋三嗰人買咗$44一個細嘅share食,老闆好貼心咁樣幫我哋分開三份放落袋仔俾我哋品嚐‼️ 每一個細節佢都做得啱啱好,由放入焗爐前幫個包噴水,成功做到將嗰包做到外脆內軟,唔會乾到刮嘴/上顎,呢個功夫真係要時間去浸淫‼️呢間舊舖真係好值得去食,係佢失傳之前一定要去😙🥖
