To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友説這餐廳有個大大大梳乎厘,想湊幾個人開心分享。所以必定是點了個梳乎厘,另外點了個我找尋了很久的煲仔飯,蒸肉餅還有炒瀨粉。先評論排骨臘腸煲仔飯,因為天氣涼了,我超掛念煲仔飯,有脆脆飯焦,臘腸亦是我最愛,好吃的。蒸肉餅,很厚身,還好啦,不特別但不會難吃。叉燒炒瀨粉,我是很喜歡瀨粉的,不過炒瀨粉也是第一次見,第一次吃,還可以啦。最後就是大大大梳乎厘,唔…個人來説不是對梳乎厘太感興趣,就是甜味雞蛋而已。這個亦一樣,只是體積較大。如下次想吃煲仔飯的話會再來。
